Matt has over three decades of experience in cost reduction and business management. After grad school, Matt began his professional career in operations management for a billion-dollar retailer. He then pivoted to a burgeoning startup print manufacturer, where he served as Vice President, growing the company to a formidable multi-state competitor.
Presently, Matt channels his extensive experience assisting company leaders in identifying additional cash flow within their operational supplier base. Recognized as a strategic thinker, Matt possesses an exceptional ability to understand client needs, provide innovative solutions, and deliver tangible results.
